Administrative Assistant v1.0

An Army related program for managing personal information for company personnel. It is a 16 bit program designed to run on Windows 3.1x and will, of course, run on Windows 95 or higher. The program keeps a single database for use in printing out a number of reports as well as providing the basis for future programs to use the data in other sections through a network.

This program comes up initially with just the top row of buttons visible and lets you switch back and forth between windows at will. It makes maximum use of drop down lists to make data entry quick and easy. The screen shots are from the program running in Windows 95. Windows 3.1x draws the screens a little differently but it all works the same.

Automated DA 7008

This is a separate Windows 3.1x program which can be located on the same machine as the Admin Assistant or on a different computer with a network connection to update personnel information. A small disk utility is also available to extract Admin information, copy it to A:\, then update the 'Shots' database. In works are methods to track all pre-deployment information in addition to immunizations and print out reports showing the pre-deployment requirements which need to be updated. I welcome any other additions to the Admin Assistant you may have.
