Automated Aircrew Training Program

General Information

The AATP application is the first step toward an automated, managed aircrew training program. AATP maintains a list of flight personnel and prints out an ATP and APART report for rated crewmembers and non-rated crewmembers. AATP imports personnel information from the FR759 program in Operations. Just like the Flight Tracker, AATP uses the backup disk to enter in all the names and most of the pertinent data. The Standards information is kept current by Standards personnel while the names and various administrative data is shared and updated via Operations. The information immediately available is a 'to do' list of items due, overdue, and coming due (see the screen shot). Reports are broken down into RCM and NCM then further by ATP and APART. But all the information for every report is contained on a single screen. Also available is a way to exclude certain individuals (non-company) from the statistical information at the end of the reports.

Other Ideas

The ability to track aircraft and goggle currency status of company crews (if networked with Operations), and simulator scheduling priorities. Please send me any other ideas or requirements you may have.
